Description
This is a perfect project for the beginner or the advanced wire worker, to use up some of those scraps of wire that you have lying around. Your tassel can be made as simple or as embellished as you like. Add a tassel to spice up your bracelets, make one for a pendant, or make up a pair for some neat earrings. This beginner project includes step by step photographs.
