Description
This pendant is a knockout! It’s hard to imagine that it was constructed by using leftover metal. Experimenting with spare metal can be a great chance to show your resourcefulness. Try this Wavy Silver Obsidian Pendant and give yourself a chance to express your creative side.
Required Materials:
(a) Sterling silver, 3″ x 4″, 22 gauge (b) sterling silver, the size of your cab, 22 gauge (c) sterling silver wire, 6″, 16 gauge (d) cabochon, minimum 18 x 20 mm, whatever shape you like (e) medium, easy solder (f) premade silver chain.
Tools Needed:
HAND TOOLS: Jewelers saw, #2/0 sawblades, 2 pair extra
long round or needle nose pliers, #2 hand fi le, automatic
or hand center punch (and mallet), #55 drill bit, wire/solder snips, and flex shaft.
FINISHING TOOLS: 9 micron 3-M finishing film, oxidizer of
your choice, and green scrubbie.
