Explore your creative process using copper and metal stamping as you create your own bracelet with meaning. Form this gorgeous copper cuff and build your basic forgoing and stamping skills.

Required Materials:

  • copper bar stock
  • 16 gauge round sterling wire

Tools:

  • LAYOUT: marking pen
  • HAND: alphabetic stamp set, center punch, round file, rawhide or nylon mallet, hammer, anvil, wire cutters; mandrel, baseball bat, or rolling pin —anything to use to bend the cuff
  • FABRICATION AND FINISHING: drill press or Foredom unit, #59 drill bit, masking tape, 400 and 2000 grit sandpaper, 400 grit radial bristle brush, chemical finish such as Birchwood Casey M-38 Brown, wax sealant
