Required Materials:
- ? inch thick x . inch wide
li> - copper bar stock
- 16 gauge round sterling wire
Tools:
- LAYOUT: marking pen
- HAND: alphabetic stamp set, center punch, round file, rawhide or nylon mallet, hammer, anvil, wire cutters; mandrel, baseball bat, or rolling pin —anything to use to bend the cuff
- FABRICATION AND FINISHING: drill press or Foredom unit, #59 drill bit, masking tape, 400 and 2000 grit sandpaper, 400 grit radial bristle brush, chemical finish such as Birchwood Casey M-38 Brown, wax sealant
