Excellent resource!
Rating
I find this video to be an excellent resource, even when I only have electric spinning wheels. The way Abby explains the function of the different wheel parts and how you can tweak them to get the result you want is really comprehensive and easy to translate to any wheel.
I also found her info on the ergonomics of spinning to be really useful, especially how to hold your fibre.
This is definitely a video I'll watch again and again as my spinning progresses.
