Great book, clear instructions, and can't wait to try the projects.
I have been making jewelry with a soldering iron for several years and the projects in this book are ideas I haven't seen before and so unique. I cannot wait to try them. I found the instructions very clear. I have learned from my own experience that it is necessary to have a soldering iron with a rheostat (my iron has one built in) when trying to make the balls in the projects. The trick is using a lower temperature so the balls don't splay out. Review by Jennifer (Posted on 3/10/2018)
Not for Beginners!
I wish I had done a little more research before purchasing this DVD. Part of the design utilizes decorative solder balls. After countless attempts, I have given up on adding these to my piece. I went to her Etsy site to purchase the book format and read that it "takes years" to master this design element. That caveat should be added to the DVD description. I would not have purchased the download if I had known that it was essentially for those who are much more experienced. Review by Janney (Posted on 3/13/2016)
