Description
This designer has revisited Victoriana in her graceful version of a classic garment. With its sculpted, dimensional surface and tiny collar, this capelet is stylishly turn-of-the-century without being fussy. It’s made from the neck down and embellished with popcorns and crossed stitches as it’s worked. A scalloped trim provides openings for buttons-no need to work separate buttonholes. But for a New Millenium look, think about closing the cape with an oversized safety pin.
