Description
The triangular Lagoon Shawl has a mostly garter-stitch body, which represents peaceful waters. The wavy lace edges and stripes represent waves and breakers. This shawl is worked back and forth beginning at one corner and increased to the upper edge.

SPECIFIC YARN USED HiKoo CoBaSi (55% cotton, 21% elastic nylon, 16% bamboo, 8% silk; 220 yd 201 m/1¾ oz 50 g): #037 Gun Metal Grey (MC), 4 skeins; #010 Deep Turquoise (A) and #011 Indigo (B), 1 skein each. Yarn distributed by Skacel.
NEEDLES SIZE 6 (4 mm): 32” circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
NOTIONS Marker (m); tapestry needle.
GAUGE 20 sts and 34 rows = 4” in garter st.
