Yarn: Plymouth Yarn Homestead Tweed (90% wool, 10% Donegal; 194 yd [177 m]/3½ oz [100 g]): #0531 navy, 7 (8, 9, 10, 11) skeins.
Needles: Sizes 7 (4.5 mm) and 8 (5 mm) 32” circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); cable needle (cn); stitch holders; tapestry needle; eight 11/8″ buttons.
Gauge: 18 sts and 24 rows = 4″ in charted patt or k2, p2 rib on larger needle.
