The Hirst Pullover is a versatile piece that can be worn as part of a casual outfit or an elegant ensemble. Although originally envisioned as a "wear with jeans" pullover, the textures and silhouette in this garment make it striking with an A–line skirt or tailored pants.

Finished Size: 30½ (34½, 38½, 43, 48½)" bust circumference. Pullover shown measures 38½"; modeled with 4½" of positive ease.
Yarn: Classic Elite Yarns MountainTop Mohawk Wool (60% merino wool, 30% romney wool, 10% nylon; 375 yd [343 m]/3½ oz [100 g]): #3316 dirty white (MC), 3 (3, 3, 4, 5) skeins; #3303 fog (CC), 1 (1, 1, 2, 2) skein(s).
Needles: Size 3 (3.25 mm): 24" circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Two spare cir needles one size smaller than working needle; stitch holder; waste yarn; size D/3 (3.25 mm) crochet hook; tapestry needle.
Gauge: 27 sts and 38 rows = 4" in St st; 24 sts and 42 rows = 4" in Textured patt.
