Yarn: Cascade Yarns Cascade 220 Superwash Sport (100% superwash merino wool, 136 yd [124 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]; CYCA #3): #802 green apple (MC), #817 Aran (CC1; cream), and #901 cotton candy (CC2; pink), 1 skein each. Cascade Yarns Sunseeker (48% acrylic, 47% cotton, 5% metallic yarn; 237 yd [217 m]/3½ oz [100 g]; CYCA #3): #05 black (CC3), 1 skein.
Needles: Size 5 (3.75 mm): set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Stitch holders; markers (m); tapestry needle.
Gauge: 22 sts and 32 rows = 4″ in St st using MC.
