Karen O’Brien is self-taught and enjoys mixing different mediums to create contemporary yet fantastical artwork. Her art and articles have appeared in Somerset Studio and Art Journaling, and she is a featured artist in Incite: Color Passions and Incite: The Best of Mixed Media. She has experience in teaching and believes the best way of learning is to trust the process of art. She currently resides and works at her studio in Oregon, where she also runs her website that features her art and blog.
