Description
A dainty eyelet cable and the sheen of silk are the only adornments on this lovely, simple scarf. Staggered cables create a pleasingly rich surface and make the most of the highs and lows of color in a hand-dyed yarn.
Finished Size: 7″ wide and 70″ long.
Yarn: Alchemy Silk Purse (100%silk; 163 yd [150m]/50 g): champagne, 3 skeins.
Yarn Weight: #3 – Light
Needles: Size 7 (4.5mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Cable needle (cn); tapestry needle.
Gauge: 6 ½ sts and 8 rows = 1″ in patt after blocking.
