Description
Worked in an easy slip-stitch Tunisian pattern, this throw has an interesting pattern whichever side is on display. The edging is worked in wrapped single crochets that give a corded appearance similar to reverse single crochet, but worked right to left.
Finished Size: About 42″ wide and 58″
long.
Yarn: Berroco Vintage (52% acrylic, 40%
wool, 8% nylon; 217 yd [198 m]/3 1/2 oz
[100 g]; ): #5104 mushroom (beige)
(A), 8 skeins; #51190 cerulean (blue) (B),
#51103 clary (green) (C), #5123 blush
(pink) (D), 2 skeins each.
Hook: Size J/10 (6 mm) 20″ (or longer)
cabled Tunisian hook and I/9 (5.5 mm)
standard hook (for edging). Adjust hook
size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions: Yarn needle.
Gauge: 18 sts and 14 rows = 4″ in main
patt with Tunisian hook.
