Did you know that women wore clouds in the nineteenth century? These scarves covered the head and neck, and because only one of the two short ends showed, that edge often featured fancy lace knitting. Read about clouds, and knit your own, with the spring 2016 issue of Knitting Traditions. Dreamy yarn of mohair and silk in a color called Fog, a delicate lace pattern, and a border on one short end—you'll love making and wearing your cloud!
