Disappointing
I was taking a 'Lost Wax Casting' class in college and was hoping for some basic information on transferring a design from paper to wax and some hand carving and Flex-shaft tips. In my opinion, no actual teaching occurred in this DVD. Mr. Ogden had obviously made this pendant many times before, and that's what he does on this DVD. It's the difference between watching someone do something and having them teach you how to do something. If I hadn't purchased this on sale, I'd have asked for my money back.

Lots of info
I was looking for a video on wax craving and mold making this was a great introduction for lost wax carving and the basics of mold making. Travis does a great job of explaining the steps and equipment needed. Wish Travis would do a part 2 and show the casting process ! Review by Laura (Posted on 2/22/2016)
