Not what I was hoping for
I was hoping for a step-by-step tutorial on how to start a blog. How to actually open the blog, create and insert a masthead, how to create a tag line and use different fonts for it. I wanted to know how to insert photographs, how to move them around the page and text, how to archive items and have them in the side bar, very hands-on things.

The webinar platform is definitely not for me. If you learn by looking at Power Points and hearing a voice-over of a person interacting with a live audience, then you may get something out of it. Several times the instructor was obviously pointing something out to the audience that we, the webinar audience, weren't shown. It was terribly frustrating.

I opened the webinar immediately after purchasing it and I have been trying to get a refund ever since. I have rarely requested a refund from Interweave and have never had problems, but this time is proving to be a real challenge. I will continue to purchase digital DVDs, but this is going to be my last webinar. Overall it has been a most unsatisfactory experience.
