Crossed stitches create zigzag lines and diamond shapes in a stretchy fabric that works well for leg warmers. Wear them stretched above the knee or below it with more slouch.

by Universal Yarn) (55% ? ne merino, 20%
silk, 25% nylon; 440 yd [402 m]/
3 1/2 oz [100 g]; ): #304 giverny, 2 balls.

Hook: Size E/4 (3.5 mm). Adjust hook size
if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Gauge: 24 sts and 8 rows = 4″ in crossed
st patt.
