Description

Several patterns combine to make the Wonderlake Shawl impressive. The half-circle is a fun and challenging knit, made easier by the forgiving nature of wool, which also blocks out beautifully in the finished project.

Finished Size: 66″ wide and 31″ tall.
Yarn: Universal Yarn Deluxe Worsted (100% wool; 220 yd [201 m]/3 1/2 oz [100 g]): #12505 rust heather, 7 skeins.
Needles: Size 9 (5.5 mm): straight and 40″ circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); stitch holder; cable needle (cn); tapestry needle.
Gauge: 16 sts and 21 rows = 4″ in Lattice Lace patt; 16 rows of Border chart = 5 3/4″ wide and 3″ tall.
