Skills Needed to Complete This Project:

  • Basic metalsmithing bench skills
  • Bezel setting

Materials Needed to Complete This Project:

  • 20-gauge sterling silver sheet for back plates
  • 14-gauge sterling silver sheet to fit circumference of gemstone
  • Kingman turquoise, or another cabochon.
  • Ring shank is 14-gauge x 4mm (or the preferred shank width). Length to fit finger size.

Tools Needed to Complete This Project:

  • General bench tools
  • Sunstone’s Orion 150s pulse arc welder or other model
