Torch-fired enameling on copper creates fun and organic shaped earrings. These glass head pins are the perfect choice to be paired with copper–the head pins are an embellishment and the shapes can easily be adapted and un-enameled for a totally different look.

Required Materials:

  • 22-gauge copper sheet
  • Enamel powders
  • Artisan glass round headpins, 2
  • Ear wires of choice

Tools: Pickle pot; Pickling compound; Jeweler’s saw or metal shears; Heat-resistant tweezers; Ball peen hammer; Bail-making pliers; Sharpie marker; Steel block; 1.8mm hole punch or drill; Propane torch (MAPP gas or propane); Magnesium block; Diamond files; Sanding block
