Work in tapestry crochet with a large hook and loose stitches. Finish this tote by felting&#8212the carried yarns create enough bulk so that no lining is needed.

Finished Size: Flattened before felting: 18″ wide &times 16″ high (without handles); flattened after felting: 13″ wide &times 14&frac12″ high (without handles); finished upright size: 12″ wide x 13″ high (without handles).
Yarn: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes (100% wool; 110 yd [100.5 m]/1&frac34 oz [50 g]): #24077 dove heather (A) 3 skeins, #23896firecracker heather (B) 2 skeins, #23438 mist (C) 2 skeins.
Yarn Weight: #4 – Medium
Needles: Size K/10&frac12 (6.5 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions: St markers (m); yarn needle.
