The Textured Throw Pillow is a quick and easy project knit with super bulky-weight yarn. It is inspired by Ward Parkway, one of the most beautiful historic streets in Kansas City, Missouri.

Finished Size: About 16″ (40.5 cm) square.
Specific Yarn Used:Lion Brand Yarns Wool-Ease Thick & Quick (80% acrylic, 20% wool; 106 yd [97 m]/6 oz [170 g]): #105 Glacier, 3 skeins.
Needles: Size U.S. 13 (9 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: 16″ (40.5 cm) square pillow form; stitch holder; yarn needle.
Gauge: 10 stitches and 13 rows = 4″ (10 cm) in stockinette stitch.
Note:

  • This pillow cover is worked back and forth and then folded, then the sides are seamed. The ends are joined with Kitchener stitch.
