Cropped, airy, and perfect for spring, the Taking Root Pullover uses puff and shell stitches to create floral motifs nestled in a mesh fabric. This pullover is worked in pieces and joined with crocheted seams.

Finished Size: 33 (42, 50 ½, 58, 67 ½)” bust circumference. Sample shown measures 42″, modeled with 7″ positive ease.

Specific Yarn Used: Queensland Collection Dungarees Tweed (95% cotton, 5% other fibers; 437 yd [400 m]/ 3 ½ oz [100 g]): 1002 Sturt Stony, 3 (3, 4, 5, 6) hanks. Yarn distributed by Knitting Fever Inc.

Hook Size: 2.5 mm. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Notions: Stitch markers (m); yarn needle.

Gauge: 6 ½ meshes (ch 5, sc) and 12 ½ rows = 4″ in mesh patt, blocked.
