These textured motifs, inspired by succulent plants, are worked as a series and then attached to create this beautiful clutch. A corkboard and fabric are used as a liner to give the clutch shape.

Specific Yarn Used: Omega Eulali (distributed by Creative Yarn Source) (100% cotton; 394 yd [360 m]/3½ oz [100 g]; 2 balls.

Hook: Size E/4 (3.5 mm) crochet hooks. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Notions: Yarn needle; 3″ cardboard square, 1; 1 /8″ thick corkboard, one 11 x 16″ piece; 12″ x 33″ piece muslin fabric, 1; needle and thread in matching color.

Gauge: 5 dc = ¾ ” and motif = 3″.
