This easy strapless top is a quick knit in simple garter and stockinette stitches, but has a chic look.

Description

A simple yet modern strapless camisole is knitted in two pieces and seamed up the sides. The body is worked in stockinette stitch while the bottom border is worked in garter stitch. This strapless top stays up with the aid of elastic woven through the top edge and secured with a button.

Finished Size: 33 ½ (37″, 40 ½, 44)” bust circumference and 13 ½ (14 ½, 15 ½, 16 ½)” long; shown in size 33 ½” on model with 34″ actual bust.
Yarn: Classic Elite Sprout (100% cotton; 109 yd [100 m]/100 g): #4375 gray, 3 (3, 3, 4) skeins.
Yarn weight: #4 – Medium
Gauge: 12 sts and 20 rows = 4″ in St st.
Needles: Size 9 (5.5 mm) needles. Adjust needle sizes if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions: Yarn needle, 6 yd black round elastic cording, three 3?4″ buttons (holes in buttons should be large enough to thread elastic cording through), 3 straight pins.
