Description

The Stone’s Throw Socks are worked in a ripple pattern achieved by working decreases and increases into a k1, p1 rib. A tall leg with calf shaping makes for great boot socks.

Finished Size: 6½” foot circumference and 9¼” long from back of heel to tip of toe; foot length is adjustable.
Yarn: Knit Picks Stroll Tonal (75% superwash merino wool, 25% nylon; 462 yd [422 m]/3½ oz [100 g]): #24905 canopy, 2 skeins. Yarn distributed by Crafts Americana.
Needles: Sizes 1½ (2.5 mm) and 2 (2.75 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); stitch holder; tapestry needle.
Gauge: 34 sts and 50 rnds = 4″ in St st on larger needles.
