Description

Create a Damascus steel sterling ring that gives the appearance of stone. Master etching techniques as you design your own textured plate.

Required Materials: Relatively large cast sterling ring with hole for a stone, Pre-etched mosaic Damascus steel: bigger than the hole in the ring, 3 to 4″ length 2mmX4mm sterling rectangle wire.


Tools Needed: Fine point Sharpie pen, Small rectangular faced chased punch, Steel ring mandrel in a vise. See project for complete list.
