Using a fresh approach to sweater design, this cardigan is worked in one piece from the top down.Working all the yoke increases in to the foundation stitches of the neckline alleviates the need for further shaping in the yoke and results in a ruching effect. The first few inches will look very ruched, but when enough length has been crocheted, the body will lie flat. The simple, spike stitch pattern adds texture.

Gauge: 16 sts and 20 rows = 4″ in spike stitch patt.
