Description

One band spins around on top of another band that touches the finger; these are the two parts of the kinetic jewelry called a spinner ring.

Skills: Beginning forming

Materials:

  • 5-6mm strip of 24 gauge sterling silver sheet

Tools: Fretz spinner ring jug, ring mandrel, calipers, jeweler’s bench pin or V sawing block, jeweler’s saw and 2/0 blade, jeweler’s torch, hard silver solder and flux, H-1L Fretz tool holder, H-2 Fretz 5mm tool holder, #12 mini wheel stake set, HMR-7 nylon insert hammer, HMR-406 riveting hammer or HMR-1 planishing hammer
