Description

On a hot summer day, breezy linen will keep you cool and comfortable. The designer added lacy straps to her A-line top worked in reverse stockinette stitch. A crocheted trim edges the lacy tuxedo bib along the outer and center-front edges. The bib closes with a column of neat pearl buttons.

Finished Size: 32 (36, 39, 42, 46, 50 ½)” bust circumference. Top shown measures 36″.
Yarn: Louet Euroflax Sport Weight (100% wet-spun linen; 270 yd [247 m]/100 g): #36 natural, 3 (4, 4, 5, 5, 6) skeins.
Yarn weight: #2 – Fine
Gauge: 25 sts and 34 rows = 4″ in St st.
Needles: Size 3 (3.25 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Size F/5 (3.75 mm) crochet hook; eight 3/8″ buttons (style shown: #181074, color 11, from Dill Buttons of America, www.dill-buttons.com); tapestry needle; sewing needle and matching thread for attaching buttons.
