Work in the round from the bottom to create this knitted hat pattern that will keep your ears warm all season long. Add the fur pom-pom for a unique and adorable look.

Finished Size: 19" circumference and 11" tall.

Specific Yarn Used: Cardiff Cashmere Classic (100% cashmere; 120 yd [112 m]/7?8 oz [25 g]): #501 ecru (A), #518 grey (B), #519 charcoal (C), and #690 New York (D), 1 skein each. Yarn distributed by Trendsetter Yarns.

Yarn Weight: 3

Needles: Sizes 3 (3.25 mm) and 4 (3.5 mm): 16" circular (cir). Size 4 (3.5 mm): set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Marker (m); Lana Grossa Fur Pom-pom, #120 (other colors shown: #508, #600, #603, and #604); sewing needle and thread.

Gauge: 22 sts and 34 rnds = 4" in Stripe patt on larger needle.

Notes:

  • This hat is worked in the round from the bottom up.
  • Do not break yarn at color changes unless otherwise indicated. Carry unused color up side of work until it is needed again. Bring new color under color just used.
