Description

A Celtic cable medallion boldly adorns this retro-inspired Siobhan Blouse. Puffed sleeve caps, a generous length, ease at the hip above the ribbing, and a cable-edged neckline make for pretty impact in a drapey yarn. Leave out the tassel for a subtler look.



Finished Size: 32 1/2 (35 1/2, 37 1/2, 41, 44)” circumference. Pullover shown measures 37 1/2″, modeled with 21/2″ of positive ease.
Yarn: Valley Yarns Amherst (100% merino wool; 109 yd [100 m]/1 ¾ oz [50 g]): red purple, 10 (11, 12, 13, 15) balls. Yarn distributed by WEBS.
Needles: Sizes 6 (4 mm) and 5 (3.75 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); 2 cable needles (cn); stitch holders; tapestry needle.
Gauge: 21 sts and 30 rows = 4″ in rev St st on larger needles.
