Lisa Naskrent creates two variations on a theme. both as simple as 1-2-3, A-B-C. Practice color-changing skills as you work these up, then make more with your own designs.

Yarn: Mission Falls 1824 Cotton (100% cotton; 84 yd [77 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]; ): Blocks bib: #207 chili (MC), #209 maize (A), #400 fog (B), #403 sky (C), 1 ball each. Balloons bib: #103 pebble (MC), #300 lichen (A), #208 merlot (B), #201 coral (C), 1 ball each. Yarns distributed by CNS Yarns.
Yarn Weight: #3 – Light
Gauge: 13 sts and 15 rows = 4″ in sc.
Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions: Yarn needle; 1 stitch marker (m); one ¾” (19 mm) button.
