Description

This top is specifically designed for curvy silhouettes: Princess lines, biasing side panels, and simple cable details suggest and echo an hourglass. Clean picot edges, shirttail hems, and a sweetheart neckline finish a clean, modern wardrobe staple in a wool soft enough to wear against the skin.

Finished Size: 32 ½ (36 ½, 40 ½, 44 ½, 48 ½, 52 ½)” bust circumference. Sweater shown measures 40 ½”, modeled with about 1 1???2″ positive ease at bust and zero ease at waist and hip.
Yarn: Lorna’s Laces Green Line DK (100% organic merino; 145 yd [133???m]/56.7 g): chagrin (red), 7 (8, 8, 9, 10, 10) skeins.
Yarn weight: #3 – Light
Gauge: 20 sts and 30 rows = 4″ in St st; 6 sts of princess lines measure about ¾” wide.
Needles: Size 6 (4 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); cable needle (cn); tapestry needle; size F/5 (3.75 mm) crochet hook.
