Kristin Nichols originally designed the Seeing Dots cardigan for Interweave Knits Spring 2006. It was so popular that she designed an adult pattern also – now in the Knitting Daily Shop for the first time!

FinishedSize 36 (40, 44, 48, 52) bust circumference. Cardigan shown measures 36.
Yarn Nashua Handknits Julia (50% wool, 25% alpaca, 25% mohair; 93 yd [85 m]/50 g): #B118 espresso (A), 2 (2, 2, 2, 2) skeins; #3961 lady’s mantle (B), 1 (1, 2, 2, 2) skeins; #4936 blue thyme (C), 8 (9, 10, 11, 12) skeins. Yarn distributed by Westminster Fibers
Needles Body and Sleeves size 7 (4.5 mm): straight. Edging size 6 (4 mm): 36 circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions 24 separating zipper to fit opening and to match espresso yarn; pom-pom maker; marker (m); tapestry needle.
Gauge 18 sts and 20 rows = 4 in St st on larger needles.
