Inspired by the long, flowing garments worn by desert-dwelling people, this elegant wrap is worked in an allover diamond mesh pattern studded with little flowers.

Specific Yarn Used: Plymouth Yarn Linaza (50% alpaca, 25% linen, 25% Tencel; 440 yd [402 m]/ 3½ oz [100 g]; #2130 aubergine, 3 (3, 4) skeins.

Hook: Sizes E (3.5 mm) and D (3.25 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Notions: Stitch markers (m); yarn needle.

Gauge: [{Ch 2, sk next 2 sts or ch, dc in next dc} 3 times, 2 dc in next ch-sp, dc in next st] 2 times = 5½ ” and 10 rows = 4″ in patt.
