Worked in simple seed stitch, this elegant two-button cardigan can be finished with either a knitted front band, which encases the yarn ends, or a crocheted front band. Choose your own favorite combination of three colors for the patterned lower body, cuffs, and collar. Although only one color is used in each row, seed stitch does not stripe; instead, the colors combine to form a wonderfully tweedy, woven-looking pattern.
