Biggan designed this sweater with her niece in mind and chose colors based on traditional Swedish folk costumes. A deep shawl collar and bottom hem worked in twisted rib set off a simple dot stitch and wide color stripes. The long cuffs of this pullover can be folded back or worn down for extra warmth.

Yarn: Biggan Design DK Merino First Cross (100% merino wool; 115 yd [105 m]/50 g)
Yarn Weight: #3 – Light
Needles: Size 3 (3.25 mm): 24″ circular (cir) needle and set of double-pointed needles (dpn); Size 6 (4 mm): 32″ cir needle and set of dpn
