Yarn: Purl Soho Linen Quill (50% fine highland wool, 35% alpaca, 15% linen; 439 yd [410 m]/3½ oz [100 g]): #1020 Oatmeal Gray (MC), 2 (2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 4) skeins; #1585 Stillwater Blue (CC1) and #1573 Green Turquoise (CC2), 1 skein each.

Needles: Size 4 (3.5 mm): 24″ circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Markers (m); stitch holder; tapestry needle.

Gauge: 32 sts and 38 rows = 4″ in St st.
