Fiona Ellis admits that she finds it a challenge to design summer knitwear. She likes a sweater that will ward off the occasional chill, but she doesn’t want to feel bundled up. A lightweight cotton/tencel blend makes this cabled pullover a summertime classic. An unusual lace pattern forms a deep border for the body and sleeves, and is repeated, with a slight picot edging, in the high collar. Slit cuffs give the sleeves a graceful bell shape.
