Description

Worked from the knuckles down to the hand in a sensuous cashmere blend, these fingerless mitts sport a pretty cable pattern that flows seamlessly into the ribbing at both ends. In ultra-girly pink yarn embellished with dainty pom-poms, they go well with a steaming cup of hot chocolate.

Finished Size: About 7″ (18 cm) hand circumference and 8½” (21.5 cm) long.
Yarn: S. R. Kertzer Truffles (80% wool, 20% cashmere; 81 yd [75 m]/25 g): #2140, pink, 3 skeins.
Yarn weight: #3 – Light
Gauge: One 12-st cable panel = 1 3/8″ (3.5 cm) wide, unstretched; 36 rnds = 4″ (10 cm) long in cable patt.
Needles: Size 5 (3.75 mm): set of 4 or 5 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
