Clever folding turns a knitted rectangle into a quirky topper. Team it with a fitted retro jacket and for a little whimsy, add some oversize bicolored pom-poms on a twisted cord.

Finished Size: 18 ¾” (47.5 cm) circumference. To fit an adult.
Yarn: Filatura Di Crosa Curly (60% wool, 25% viscose, 15% acrylic; 44 yd [40 m]/ 50 g): #138 burgundy/ brown tweed (MC), 2 balls; #142 peacock/pink tweed (CC), 1 ball. Yarn distributed by Tahki/Stacy Charles.
Yarn weight: #6 – Super Bulky
Gauge: 8 ½ sts = 4″ (10 cm) in reverse St st.
Needles: Size 11 (8 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Tapestry needle; smooth yarn in matching color for seaming.
