The oversized triangles in alternating colors give the Pinwheel Pullover its name. Featuring a clever modular construction, the front of this sweater starts with a single triangle and grows as stitches are picked up for the subsequent sections. The back is worked separately in stockinette with the main color, then stitches are picked up and worked in the round for the sleeves, collar, and hem.

Needles: Sizes 8 (5 mm) and 10 (6 mm): 32″ circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Size 8 (5 mm): 16″ cir. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Marker (m); stitch holder; spare size 8 (5 mm) or smaller 16″ cir needle; tapestry needle.
