Wrap up in a fashionable shawl perfect for cool spring weather! Made with an alpaca-silk blend, the Peaks & Valley’s shawl is a soft, lightweight staple to your spring wardrobe. Plus, it’s easy to make! Use basic knitting and lace knitting techniques to make this beautiful shawl and wear it for any occasion.

Finished Size: 38 (48 ½)” tall, 31 (39 ½)” wide at BO edge and 49 (62 ½)” along diagonal-shaped edge. Shawl shown measures 48 ½” tall.

Specific Yarn Used: Blue Sky Fibers Alpaca Silk (50% alpaca, 50% silk, 146 yd 133 m/1 ¾ oz 50g): #129 Amethyst, 3 (4) skeins. Needles size 6 (4 mm): 32” circular. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Marker (m): tapestry needle.

Gauge: 16 sts and 24 rows = 4” in patt of repeated st from Body chart; 15 sts and 23 rows = 4” in patt of Border chart.
