  • 2-gauge sterling sheet
  • Plain bezel wire 
  • Sterling 1x4mm flat wire 
  • 20-gauge sterling wire
  • Tiny piece of 8-gauge square wire
  • Triangular cab
  • Easy, medium and hard solder

?Tools Needed to Complete This Project

  • HAND:
    • Jeweler’ saw
    • 2 / 0 sawblades
    • Triangular and flat needle files
    • 2 pair of flat nose pliers
    • #2 and #4 hand files
    • Center punch (manual or automatic)
    • #55 drill bit
    • Fretz silk and sharp texture hammers
    • AA tweezers
       
  • SOLDERING:
    • Soldering surface
    • Charcoal block for fusing the wires (optional)
    • Torch with a #1 head
    • UltraFlux and brush
    • Clean pickle and pickle pot
    • Copper tongs
    • Clean quench water
    • Extra sharp solder pick
       
  • FINISHING:
    • Flex shaft
    • 3M radial bristle discs
    • Fine acrylic nail emery board or fine sandpaper
    • 3M white silicone knife edge wheel
    • 3M finishing film
    • 30 micron
    • Dawn detergent 
    • Soft toothbrush
    • Liver of sulfur
