Description

These little fingerless mitts are worked in hexagons. Each mitt consists of two hexagons worked from the center out, then seamed together. Yarnover increases provide placement for optional beading details.

Finished Size 3½ (4, 4½ )” wide across palm and thumb, to fit 7 (8, 9)” palm circumference. Gloves shown measure 4″ wide.
Yarn Tahki Good Earth Cotton (100% naturally colored organic cotton; 92 yd [84 m]/50 g): #004 moss, 1 skein.
Yarn Weight #5 – Bulky
Needles Size 10 (6 mm): set of 4 doublepointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle; 72 (84, 96) size 6/0 seed beads (optional); large-eye beading needle (optional).
Gauge 15 sts and 21 rows = 4″ in St st.
