Description

Use tubular peyote stitch to form this mystical unisex pendant and hang it from your choice of cord, chain, or ribbon.

Herringbone stitch

Materials Needed to Complete this Pattern:

  • 2 g semi-matte champagne galvanized size 11º cylinder beads
  • 4 g copper galvanized size 11º cylinder beads
  • 1 copper 12×16mm Eye of Horus charm
  • 1 antiqued copper-plated 6mm jump ring
  • 1 plastic cocktail straw
  • Black 4 lb FireLine braided beading thread

Marianna used the following Delica numbers for this project: DB1152, DB046

Tools Needed to Complete this Pattern:

  • Scissors
  • Size 11 beading needle
  • 2 pairs of chain- or flat-nose pliers

    Disappointed…..this does not have clear, detailed instructions. How are you supposed to keep the triangle shape when you do not use straws until you’re zipping front and back together?
    More illustrations would be helpful showing how you “insert” straws to front and back. Do yoy zip upone side then insert a straw tube, then zip up 2nd side, insert tube, then zip 3rd side and insert tube maybe when you’re half way then finish zipping?
