• 1 blue 20 x 3mm lampwork disc
• 1 teal, red, and yellow 20-25 x 3mm lampwork button
• 1 beige 35 x 24mm lampwork face bead
• 1 navy blue 2 ¾” tassel
• Gray S-Lon twisted nylon cord
• Jewelry cement
