Description

Play with an old tradition and try to turn it into a modern piece. Peanut pearls combined with copper create a fresh and contemporary pearl bracelet that will be sure to impress! Here’s a fabulous tip from the artist: oxidizing metal gives the bracelet an aged look while still maintaining a modern feel.

Required Materials:

16-gauge copper wire, 3″, 20-gauge copper wire, 6″, 22-gauge copper wire, 45″, 24-gauge copper sheet, approximately 2″x 2″, and copper spacer beads, 2.

Tools Needed:

Metal file, metal shears, mallet, ball peen hammer, fine steel wool, permanent marker, liver-of-sulfur, ruler or measuring tape, and tiny Philips screwdriver.
