Use the same material in different shapes and sizes to create a one-of-a-kind pair of dangling earrings.

Skills: General bench including soldering and polishing Lapidary fabrication

Materials Needed to Complete this Project:

  • Turquoise of any variety, enough for a pair of earrings; I used Kingman spider web
  • 20 gauge sterling silver sheet, enough to cover the back of each stone
  • Standard ?” x 26 gauge sterling silver bezel wire, enough to cover circumference of each stone
  • 14″ round wire 14 gauge sterling wire (will draw down and fi le round with tapering on all ends)
  • 8″ 19 gauge full hard, round wire

Tools Needed to Complete this Project:

  • General bench tools
  • Torch and soldering tools
  • Diamond Pacific Genie lapidary unit or other brand lapidary unit
  • Cerium oxide
  • Rough leather lap
